Myths And Legends Half Term Homework

Hi there year 5, below is the link to take you to this half terms homework. As discussed in school today you Will need to log on to:

http://myths.e2bn.org/mythsandlegends/

Read the myths here to get some ideas of your own. We have done lots of work this term on myths and legends so you should have an idea of the ingredients needed in the story. Remember to include a monster / tyrant / beast with a special power. Why is he/she unhappy or upset? Who is he/she terrorising and why? How will she/he be beaten/what is their weakness?

Once you have read a few examples log on to:

Choose story creator and then begin to write your myth. Choose save and then "Join For Free" if you have not already logged in. Take a note of the log in name and password for next time. Keep saving your work as you go along. If you log out you just need to choose the load button to get your story back. Once you have completed the work choose submit so that myself and Mrs. Marlow can read and review them. Good luck and enjoy.

    Hi Mrs Marlow and Mr Llewellyn,
    I've just submitted my story. I enjoyed this homework, especially creating the scenes. We added some sounds but couldn't get them to stay on continually. Going down the Bay tomorrow to take my photos. See you Tuesday. From Liam

    Tried submitting Molly's story, but it seems to have disappeared! You might find it, then again you might not!
    Mol enjoyed creating her 'Myths and Legends', but disappointed we couldn't retrieve her work :(
