and perpendicular lines. The task today was to create shapes with all of these lines in. The children had to combine their numeracy and communication skills to present to the rest of the class where the lines are within their shapes. 
Children who are parallel with each other are even holding their arms out to show the ^ ^ sign indicates parallel lines.
We did film one of the presentations but the sound quality is poor. Hopefully we can try again tomorrow.
