Geography - What did we find out?


After an exciting hour in the village, the children returned to class to collate their information.


Here you can see the groups discussing their findings. Plenty of discussion took place in the classroom.

The children were asked to try and arrive at conclusions from their findings. One group concluded that the parking charges were generally disliked by all, another group were surprised how long it took many shoppers to park.


Above we can see one group's findings. The findings related to "Drivers" responses.
Next step - to reach some whole class conclusions regarding the general feelings regarding to parking/traffic/charges in Pontyclun.

    I think this project looks really interesting, as I live in the village and find it really hard to park, both weekdays and during weekends. I can't wait to hear your findings. Mrs C Davies Y6.
