Science: Changing State Investigation
Today we completed our first investigation. We looked at the way in which materials change state when heated and cooled. We began by reminding ourselves of key words such as SOLID,LIQUID, GAS, BOILING, HEATING FREEZING, SOLIDIFYING, EVAPORATING and CONDENSING. We then took part in a 'carousel' of 4 activities to investigate how and why some materials change. We wrote the instructions for each investigation and the reasons for the changes seen.
