Today we began our work on our 'Local History' topic. We were given a set of modern photographs of various well known buildings around Pontyclun. We had to identify the buildings and then put them in chronological order.
Bute Cottage: 1860s
St Pauls Church: 1890s
War Memorial: 1919
School: 1920s
The Hendy Estate: 1950s
The Rugby Club: 1990s
If it is fine tomorrow we will go on a short history trail around the village.
