Speaking and Listening:Water Cycle Presentations
During our time in Y5 we will take part in several assessed speaking and listening presentations (you will know about them well in advance). Today, we were given a short time to put together a presentation about the water cycle (this was a practice and will not be assessed). We talked about the features of a good presentation, for example, maintaining interest, eye contact, changing tone and pitch. We then performed our presentations in front of the whole year group and discussed what was good about each presentation, and what could be improved.
